Hysterosalpingogram View 2

Radiograph of a hysterosalpingogram that reveals a uterine cavity containing a (relatively) large bilobed filling defect that could represent either a submucosal myoma or an endometrial polyp. There is bilateral tubal patency. In this case, the defect was surgically removed and found to be an irregular shaped endometrial polyp.
